Hotel Policy

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in is at 3PM: A credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.  Please be advised that credit cards will be used to secure a room deposit and incidentals. In case of an early arrival, luggages can be kept temporarily by our front desk agents.

Checkout is at 11:00AM: Invoice and receipts will be ready at the front desk. A late-checkout surcharge ($40) will be applied after 1:00PM; one night’s room and taxes surcharge will be applied after 3:00PM.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour Cancellation Policy: A cancellation penalty charge will be applied if guests fail to cancel the reservation 24 hours before check-in. (The first night’s room charge + taxes); the rest of nights would be cancelled.

 

Lost & Found

Guests are responsible for their own possession. Items that are left behind will be kept by the hotel for a month. The cost of shipment will be applied on guests’ credit card.

 

SMOKING POLICY

Non-Smoking Hotel: The Bedford Regency is a fully non-smoking hotel. Guests will be responsible for any additional costs of cleaning and re-conditioning at a minimum cost of $100 if our smoking policy is disregarded.

 

PARKING

A daily parking pass is $11 + tax. Guests’ vehicles will be parked in a safe underground parking lot. Please be advise the restriction of parking lot is 6.2 feet.

Guests are encouraged to unload luggage at our temporary 10-minute loading zone located in front of the hotel. Our front desk agents will provide you with the parking details during the check-in process.
