Check-in is at 3:00 PM: A valid credit card and photo identification are required at check-in. Please be advised that credit cards will be used to secure a room deposit and incidentals. In case of an early arrival, we can hang on to your luggage while you explore the city.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM: Invoices will be available at the front desk. A late check-out surcharge ($40) will be applied after 1:00 PM; one night’s room and taxes surcharge will be applied after 3:00 PM.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A cancellation penalty charge will be applied if guests fail to cancel the reservation 24 hours before check-in. (The first night’s room charge + taxes); the rest of nights would be cancelled.
Guests are responsible for their own possessions. Items that are left behind will be kept by the hotel for a month. The cost of shipment will be applied to the guests’ credit card.
Non-Smoking Hotel: The Bedford Regency is a fully non-smoking hotel. Guests will be responsible for any additional costs of cleaning and re-conditioning at a minimum cost of $100 if our smoking policy is disregarded.
Self-parking is available in a secure facility located a block and a half away from the hotel at 525 Broughton St. A daily parking pass is an additional $16 + tax when obtained at check-in. This lot has a height restriction of 6’2″. Please contact the front desk for information on alternate parking arrangements.
Guests are encouraged to unload luggage at our temporary 10-minute loading zone located in front of the hotel on Government Street. Our front desk agents will provide you with the parking details during the check-in process.

A daily bundle of firewood and kindling is provided in our Superior Queen rooms. Additional firewood is available for $10 per bundle.
